Description

Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens ist der Abschluss eines Dienstleistungsvertrags betreffend das Hospitality Catering am ESC 2026. Bei dem Leistungsgegenstand handelt es sich um eine besondere Dienstleistung im Sinn des § 151 BVergG 2018. Der Leistungsgegenstand bezieht sich auf drei unterschiedliche, räumlich und auch in der Art der Leistung getrennte Cateringleistungen, welche alle vom Auftragnehmer selbst zu erbringen sind (keine Losvergabe und keine Subvergabe in Bezug auf einzelne dieser drei Cateringleistungen; dies unbeschadet des Rechts einer Subvergabe zu einzelnen Funktionen / Prozessen): • Hospitality Catering – VIP ESC 2026 • Hospitality Catering – Moroccanoil SUPER VIP ESC 2026 • Hospitality Catering – Green Room
