De Hanze is voornemens om rond 9 september 2026 de Europese openbare aanbesteding voor de inhuur van uitzendkrachten t/m schaal 9 cao-hbo, inclusief het beheer van de surveillantenpool, te publiceren. De opdracht wordt niet opgedeeld in percelen. De Hanze is voornemens één opdrachtnemer te contracteren voor de volledige opdracht. Publicatie van de aanbesteding is te volgen via TenderNed. Gemiddelde jaarlijkse inhuurkosten 2024/2025: ca. €1,95 miljoen excl. btw (uitzenden + surveillanten samen), met een verwachte bandbreedte van €1,9–2,05 miljoen per jaar.
