Urgency: Der Abruf der für das Haushaltsjahr 2026 bewilligten Fördermittel ist nur bis zum 31. Dezember 2026 möglich. Um die Auszahlung der Fördermittel nicht zu gefährden, muss die Lieferung der ausgeschriebenen Umschlaggeräte bis spätestens zum 18. Dezember 2026 erfolgt sein bzw. die spätere Auslieferung durch Werksabnahme und Zahlung unter Vorauszahlungsbürgschaft sichergestellt sein. Aufgrund der Dringlichkeit der Vergabe ist die Angebotsfrist nach § 15 Abs. 3 SektVO zu verkürzen.
