Description
Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist der Abschluss von zwei Rahmenverträgen über die Fertigung und Lieferung des Fernmeldekabeltyps 20x2PE. Das vorgesehene Beschaffungsvolumen wird im Verhältnis 60/40 auf die beiden Rahmenvertragspartner aufgeteilt. Die Belieferung erfolgt während der Vertragslaufzeit auf Grundlage einzelner Abrufe. Bei dem Volumen sind kalkulatorischen Bedarfsmenge pro Jahr zugrunde gelegt. Auf Grund der Abhängigkeit von (netz-) technischen und infrastrukturellen Entwicklungen sowie vom z.T. nicht planbaren Eingang von Kundenaufträgen kann es während der Vertragslaufzeit hier jedoch zu Abweichungen kommen.
