Description

Los 1: Verkehrsflächen (§§ 45 – 48 HOAI) Barrierefreier ZOB - Alle Grundleistungen der Leistungsphasen 3 bis 9 zuzüglich der örtlichen Bauüberwachung und Erstellung koordinierter Leitungssummenpläne. Die Universitätsstadt Marburg verfolgt parallel zur Neugestaltung des Hamm-Brücher-Platzes den Ersatzneubau des Hamm-Brücher-Stegs mit hoher Priorität und in Abstimmung mit der Deutschen Bahn und Hessen Mobil. Mit den Bauarbeiten am Hamm-Brücher-Steg soll im 1. Quartal 2028 begonnen werden. Für das Projekt wurden bereits Sperrpausen bei der Deutschen Bahn für die Jahre 2029 und 2030 angemeldet. Die bauliche Umsetzung muss in diesem Zeitraum realisiert werden. Die Bauausführung des Hamm-Brücher-Platzes muss zeitlich und logistisch auf den Bau des Hamm-Brücher-Stegs abgestimmt werden. Die Bearbeitung hat unmittelbar nach Auftragserteilung zu beginnen.
