The following questions Were asked and below are there responses. Many questions were similar in nature and are thus being grouped together as they all have the same answer which is providing below. Question 1: Is this tender coming back to life? I am asking because one of my customers just reached out to me to quote this to them. Then I thought I should look to see if it was posted on Sam’s. I see that it is and you are the person of contact but it shows as inactive. Clarification to Question 1: The SAM Number is N6449826Q52480004. That is the notice ID on SAM.GOV. I do not know what you mean by solicitation number. Response to Clarification Request to Question 1: I will be providing a quote for this. Can you confirm if a quote is all that is required at this time or do you require us to complete these forms? Answer to Response to Clarification Request to Question 1: You need to complete the form 1449 and follow all the requirements laid out in Section C (Statement of Work) and more specifically Section 3.0 REQUIREMENTS. Question 2: This morning I reviewed SAM & PIEE to see if the answers to questions were posted, but I am not yet seeing them. In the interim, we have been preparing our quote with the information provided and look forward to competing for this project. We would greatly appreciate any information or guidance on when the answers to the questions below will be posted. Answer 2: NSWCPD is working to answer the questions you asked of us. We need a little more time. Question 3: Because the answers directly affect our pricing and design approach, and the quote is currently due November 4 at 4:30 PM ET, we respectfully request an extension of the due date by one week, to November 11 at 4:30 PM ET. Alternatively, an amendment posting the responses to our questions would allow us to submit a complete and competitive quote by the current deadline. We remain committed to competing for this requirement and appreciate your time and assistance. Answer 3: The Request for Quotation has been extended to the new close date of 11 November 2026. A formal amendment extending the close date will be issued shortly. NO QUESTIONS ASKED VIA EMAIL AFTER 3 NOVEMBER 2026 CAN BE GUARRANTED TO BE ANSWERED.
