Eesti Energia AS on hankimas kontserni ettevõtete jaoks büroo üüripinda Tallinnas. Üüripinna vajadus on minimaalselt 7700 ruutmeetrit, millest büroopind on 7300 ruutmeetrit ja abiruumid 400 ruutmeetrit. Hankija eesmärk on hakata kasutama uut üüripinda, üleandmise päevaga 30.04.2027.a. Täpsemad nõuded üüripinnale on leitavad alusdokumendist "Üüripinnale esitatavad põhitingimused" ja selle lisadest. Üürilepingu tingimused on leitavad alusdokumendist "Üürilepingu projekt".
