Denmark – Library automation equipment – Sorteringsanlæg til Biblioteket i Herning

Description

Herning Kommunes bibliotek skal have udskiftet sin sorteringsanlæg. Sorteringsanlægget skal installeres på Herning Kommunes Central bibliotek, Østergade 8, 7400 Herning i samme fysiske rammer som det nuværende sorteringsanlæg. Den endelig kontrakt indebærer i hovedpunkter at leverandøren skal: • Nedtagning og bortskaffelse af nuværende anlæg • Levere, montere, idriftsætte og teste sorteringsanlægget • Levere tilbehør jf. bilag 2 – kravspecifikation • Levere dokumentation samt bruger- og vedligeholdelsesvejledning • Uddanne personale på biblioteket i brugen af sorteringsanlæg og tilbehør • Levere garanti • Levere service og support Nærmere præcisering af ydelserne fremgår af kravspecifikationen. Nuværende anlæg skal nedtages i Q2-Q3 2027. Bibliotekets nye anlæg skal leveres, opsættes, testes og godkendes i Q2-Q3 2027 jf. pkt. 6.3 i bilag 2 – kravspecifikation.
