Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist deshalb eine Rahmenvereinbarung über die Bereitstellung von Fahrrädern im Wege des Leasings (Teilamortisationsleasing) nach den Vorgaben des TV-Fahrradleasing zum Zwecke der Überlassung an die tariflich und verbeamteten Beschäftigten zur dienstlichen und privaten Nutzung einschließlich Versicherungs-, Schulungs- und Serviceleistungen (insbesondere Abwicklung der Bestell-, Rückgabe- und Schadenabwicklungsprozesse, Wartung und Reparatur, Störfallmanagement und Bereitstellung eines Online-Portals). Die geschätzte Abnahmemenge ist 160 Fahrräder. Es gilt eine verbindliche Höchstabnahmegrenze von 208 Fahrrädern.
