Description
Auf den bestehenden Kratzputz des unter Denkmalschutz stehenden Gebäudes wird ein neuer Fassadenputz aufgebracht. Der Untergrund wurde hinsichtlich Haft- und Zugfestigkeit geprüft. Für ca. 15 % der Fläche sind Putzinstandsetzungen vorgesehen. Sämtliche Fassadenbleche werden erneuert. Die Erneuerung der Dachentwässerung einschließlich Dachrinnen und Fallrohren erfolgt durch das Dachdeckergewerk, die Erneuerung der Fensterbleche erfolgt durch das Gewerk Außenputz. Umfang der Leistung 150 m2 Bestandsputz ausbessern 400 St, Flächen <2,50 m2, Bestandsputz ausbessern 3100 m2 Hochdruckreinigung 3100 m2 Ausgleichsputz 3100 m2 Armierung 3100 m2 dickschichtiger Edelkratzputz auf Bestandsputz 1700 m Leibungen, Edelkratzputz 720 m Leibungen, Filzputz 840 m neue Fensterbänke aus Zinkblech
