Antud paketi puhul ostetakse elektrienergiat Nord Pool Spot kauplemisperioodi hinnaga, millele lisandub müüja teenustasu EUR/MWh kohta. Ostjatele müüdav elektrienergia peab olema toodetud ELTS §-s 57 toodud tähenduses taastuvatest energiaallikatest, mille tõendamiseks peab müüja ostja kasuks (vajadusel) omandama ja tühistama vastavas mahus päritolutunnistusi.
