Udbuddet vedrører en kontrakt vedr. Ordregivers etablering og drift af WAN-infrastruktur. Ordregiver har på nuværende tidspunkt en eksisterende WAN infrastrukturløsning. Ordregiver har pt. 232 lokationer. Kontrakten har en løbetid på 4 år, eksklusiv Transition, med mulighed for forlængelse på 2 x 24 måneder, så Kontrakten i alt får en varighed på otte (8) år. Mulighed for at forlænge Kontrakten anses for at være en option, og Ordregiver er derfor ikke forpligtet til at gøre brug af denne option.
