Urgency: Zamawiający informuje, iż w przedmiotowym postępowaniu o udzielenie zamówienia publicznego, wyznaczając termin składania ofert, skorzystał z dyspozycji art. 138 ust. 2 pkt 2 ustawy PZP. Postępowanie przetargowe jest dofinansowane ze środków Ministra Zdrowia. Zgodnie z harmonogramem realizacji dofinansowania rozliczenie zakupów z MZ musi nastąpić do dnia 10.12.2026 roku. Natomiast wydatkowanie środków oraz płatność musi nastąpić do dnia 31.12.2026 roku. W przypadku nie zastosowania procedury przyśpieszonej nie będzie możliwa realizacja umowy w terminie pozwalającym na rozliczenie dotacji.
