Durchführung eines Verhandlungsverfahrens mit vorheriger europaweiter Bekanntmachung gemäß § 31 Abs 5 iVm § 34 Z 1 und 3 Bundesvergabegesetz 2018 (BGBl I 65/2018 idgF, in der Folge „BVergG“) zum Abschluss eines unbefristeten Rahmenvertrages mit einem Unternehmen zur Beschaffung der Hard- und Softwarekomponenten eines VoIP-TK-Systems sowie die Planung und Koordinierung des Lösungswechsels samt Migration und Dokumentation inkl Wartung und Support für den laufenden Betriebserhalt.
