Description

Gegenstand der Beschaffung sind die Ertüchtigung bestehender Systeme, deren Installation und Inbetriebsetzung sowie die Erbringung von Service- und Betriebsleistungen über einen Zeitraum von 48 Monaten mit zweimaliger Verlängerungsoption um jeweils 12 Monate. Der Leistungsumfang zur Ertüchtigung umfasst Lieferung, Installation und Inbetriebsetzung von: - Serversystemen - PC-Clients als Erneuerung von Bestandssystemen - Software und Lizenezen im Rahmen erforderlichen Updates und Erweiterungen - Netzwerk- und Security-Systeme inklusive erforderlicher Lizenzen Der Leistungsumfang des Rahmenvertrages für Wartung, Service und Betrieb umfasst: - Betrieb aller Server und Serverdienste - Betriebsunterstützung für Sondersysteme - Wartung und Service für alle Client-Systeme - Betrieb und Wartung der jeweiligen peripheren IT- soweit im Besitz der Stiftung sowie zugehöriger Komponenten und ggf. Software - Ergänzungs- und Ersatzbeschaffungen Detailliertere Angaben enthält die Leistungsbeschreibung.
