Dette dokumentet beskriver hvordan prosessen gjennomføres.Informasjon beskrevet i Mercell, som kvalifikasjonskrav, krav og tildelingskriterer, vil med noen unntak ikke bli gjentatt i konkurransereglene, og inngår som en del av konkurransegrunnlaget.Leverandør er ansvarlig for å sikre at informasjon registrert i Mercell under konkurranseperioden, endringer av frister, tilleggsinformasjon med mer, blir distribuert til de som skulle ha behov for dette.
