Description
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywna dostawa dostawa nakolanników wzór 990/MON wykonanych i ukompletowanych zgodnie z aktualną „Wojskową Dokumentacją Techniczno-Technologiczną” (dalej: WDTT) stanowiącą Załącznik nr 7 do SWZ zgodnie z zestawieniem asortymentowo – ilościowym zawartym w Rozdziale IV SWZ oraz w „Formularzu ofertowym” załącznik nr 1 do SWZ: Nakolanniki wzór 990/MON: 12 000 kpl. (il. podst.: 6 000 kpl. / Il. w opcji: 6 000 kpl.). 2. Zgodnie z art. 441 ust. 1 ustawy Pzp, Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość skorzystania z „Prawa opcji” Szczegółowe informacje dotyczące prawa opcji zawarte są „Projektowanych postanowieniach umowy” stanowiących załącznik nr 5 do SWZ.
