Description
Gegensand der Ausschreibung ist die Projektbegleitung und Bauüberwachung für den Hallenneubau auf der Kläranlage Worms. Die Leistungen umfassen insbesondere die fachliche Prüfung der Planung des Totalunternehmers, die Begleitung des Genehmigungsverfahrens sowie die Bauüberwachung ( in Anlehnung an LPH 8 HOAI) mit Fokus auf Qualität, Termine und Kosten. Zudem beinhaltet der Auftrag die Prüfung von Nachträgen, die Mitwirkung bei Abnahmen sowie die Koordination und Abstimmung zwischen den Projektbeteiligten.
