Das Gemeinschaftsklinikum Mittelrhein plant einen Neubau mit einer BGF von ca. 78.500 m². Hierfür wird einer Generalplaner gesucht, der folgende Leistungen umfasst: -Objektplanung und Innenräume, inkl. Fortschreibung des Raum- und Funktionsprogramms im weiteren Planungsablauf -Tragwerksplanung -Fachplanung TGA über alle Anlagengruppen -Medizin- und Labortechnik (KG 474 + KG 612) -Bauphysik -Fachplanung Brandschutz -Objektplanung Freianlagen -Objektplanung Ingenieurbauwerke -Objektplanung Verkehrsanlagen - Fachplanung Baustellenlogistik -Fachplanung SiGeKo Es ist eine stufenweise Beauftragung von Leistungsphasen vorgesehen.
