Description
De opdracht betreft de verdere engineering van het Technisch Ontwerp (TO) naar een Uitvoeringsgereed Ontwerp (UO) en de bouwkundige realisatie van het nieuwe zwembad Nieuwkoop. De werkzaamheden omvatten onder meer BIM-coördinatie, bouwplaatsmanagement, uitvoering van de bouwkundige werkzaamheden en afstemming met nevenaannemers en directieleveranciers. Nieuwbouw van een zwembad van circa 2.400 m² BVO inclusief wedstrijdbad, multifunctioneel bad, horeca, kleedruimten, technische ruimten, buitenruimte en bijbehorende voorzieningen.
