Uppdraget består av att: - agera hyresvärd och långsiktigt förvalta polishuset i Vällingby, - genomföra upphandling av/kontraktera eventuella projektörer, - i samarbete med Polismyndigheten projektera ny-, om och/eller tillbyggnad, - genomföra en upphandling av/kontraktera byggentreprenör, och - vara byggherre under entreprenadtiden och ansvara för samtliga tillstånd inkl sive detaljplanefrågor, bygglovshandlingar samt ombesörja process för bygglov. Allt ovanstående ska ske i samråd och nära samarbete med Polismyndigheten.
