Det finns behov av en IT-tjänst som stödjer Trafikverket i att mäta och följa upp projektkvalitet, med särskilt fokus på samarbetet och relationen mellan Trafikverket som beställare och våra leverantörer. Tjänsten används för att på ett strukturerat sätt fånga upp och analysera hur samarbetet fungerar på djupet, exempelvis avseende kommunikation, samverkan, arbetssätt och andra faktorer som påverkar kvaliteten i relationen mellan beställare och leverantör.
