Description

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) contract modification notice under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this contract modification. The contract has been formally modified to incorporate the Barts Tower Hamlets Community Health Services into the existing Barts Health Acute Services Contract to ensure continuity of service provision. The initial contract term is three years, from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2028, with provision for a further one-year extension. The modification does not change the term or duration of the existing contract. The modification relates to the period of 1st October 2026-31st March 2028. The decision maker was Henry Black, Chief Financial Officer (CFO). No conflicts or potential conflicts of interest were declared.
