Description
De Provincie Fryslân is voornemens een overeenkomst te sluiten voor accountantsdiensten ten behoeve van de controle van de jaarrekening, het verstrekken van accountantsverklaringen en het uitbrengen van verslagen van bevindingen conform artikel 217 Provinciewet. Met deze aanbesteding zoekt de provincie een onafhankelijke, deskundige en proactieve accountant die naast de certificerende functie tevens kan optreden als strategische sparringpartner voor Provinciale Staten, Gedeputeerde Staten, de Auditcommissie en de ambtelijke organisatie. De uiteindelijk geselecteerde accountant wordt overeenkomstig artikel 217, tweede lid, van de Provinciewet formeel aangewezen door Provinciale Staten.
