Zamówienie obejmuje: 1) utrzymanie zieleni niskiej: trawników, renowację trawników, założenie i pielęgnację kwietników (w gruncie, w misach, konstrukcjach kwietnikowych), założenie i pielęgnację rabat bylinowych i mieszanych, pielęgnację różanek, skwerów, skupin krzewów, pojedynczych krzewów, pnączy, żywopłotów, ściółkowanie powierzchni korą, cięcia pojedynczych krzewów, grup krzewów, żywopłotów, usuwanie samosiewów do 10 cm oraz utrzymanie starszych drzew w zakresie usuwania odrostów pniowych i korzeniowych, utrzymywania mis, 2) utrzymanie czystości na terenach zieleni, placach zabaw, siłowniach plenerowych, tj. zbieranie śmieci, w tym wiatrołomów, odbiór odpadów z koszy, mycie koszy, mycie ławek, oczyszczanie tablic i słupów ogłoszeniowych, postumentu pomnika orła, 3) prowadzenie systematycznego monitoringu stanu obszarów objętych utrzymaniem.
