Urgency: Die Lieferung muss noch in diesem Jahr erfolgen um den sicheren Betrieb der AM aufrechterhalten zu können. Bei Einhaltung der Mindestfrist von 30 Tagen ist damit zu rechnen, dass die vorgesehene Lieferfrist bis Mitte Dezember nicht eingehalten werden kann. Neben der Notwendigkeit der Ersatzbeschaffungen zur Sicherstellung des Betriebs muss der Mittelabfluss noch in dem Jahr sichergestellt werden.
