Land Capability Division - Professional Development Programs

Description

The Land Capability Professional Development Program (LCPDP) seeks industry solutions for the design, development and delivery of professional development learning solutions supporting personnel operating within the Defence Capability System. The procurement includes the development and delivery of the following courses: Capability Realisation in the DCS - Managing the RAA and MSA; Introduction to Project and Program Management for DCS Practitioners; Introduction to Defence Finance for DCS Practitioners; Business Acumen for DCS Practitioners; and Communicating Effectively in the DCS. Respondents may propose face-to-face, virtual, online or blended delivery models, with learning products suitable for ongoing delivery and management within Defence learning environments, including the Learning Experience Platform (LXP).
