Description
De opdracht omvat het leveren van de benodigde DAB+ dienstverlening voor de lokale omroepen in Laag 6 zodat vergunninghouders in Laag 6 ultimo 1 september 2026 een geografische verzorging met DAB+ uitzendingen bereiken van 85% mobiele ontvangst en een demografische verzorging van 65% binnen ontvangst. Aangezien NLPO een verantwoordelijkheid draagt voor alle publieke lokale omroepen, is deze VTO gericht op alle Laag 6 DAB+ allotments. Op basis van de huidige stand van zaken betreft dit 57 allotments. Alleen in allotment 1 (Waddeneilanden) is geen publieke vergunninghouder aanwezig. NLPO verplicht de netwerkoperators dan ook om in te schrijven op alle 57 allotments.
