Neubau der Hauptfeuerwache Limburg als zentraler Standort der Feuerwehr auf dem Limburger Marktplatz, einschließlich Fahrzeughallen, Werkstätten, Schwarz-Grau-Weiß?Bereichen, Schulungs-, Leitungs- und Sozialräumen sowie Übungs- und Stellplatzflächen. Gegenstand des Auftrags ist die stufenweise Beauftragung eines Generalplaners (Architektur, Tragwerksplanung, Technische Gebäudeausrüstung, energetische Planung) für die Leistungsphasen 1-9 nach HOAI, einschließlich Koordination aller Fachplaner, Integration der vorliegenden Konzeptstudie und Erstellung einer prüffähigen Kostenplanung nach DIN 276. Die Gesamtbaukosten des Neubaus der als kritische Infrastruktur eingestuften Feuerwache werden derzeit mit rund 30 Mio. EUR veranschlagt; Baubeginn ist ab 2027 vorgesehen.
