Predmet nabave je gorivo za motorna vozila kako je navedeno u specifikaciji jednogodišnjih potreba predmeta nabave/Troškovniku odnosno benzin Eurosuper 95 BS ili jednakovrijedan i dizelsko gorivo Eurodizel BS ili jednakovrijedan kakvoće određene Uredbom o kvaliteti tekućih naftnih goriva („Narodne novine“ br. 113/13., 76/14. i 56/15.). Predmet nabave mora udovoljavati i svim ostalim standardima prema pozitivnim propisima u Republici Hrvatskoj
