Description
Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council is acting as Lead Authority (Contracting Authority) on this collaborative procurement on behalf of the CLAIRE (Wales) group of Councils and has awarded Framework Agreement for the collection of textile and media materials from Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRC), Bring sites and kerbside for reuse and recycling. This award puts in place the Framework Agreement where participating CLAIRE (Wales) members are able to create and award individual Call-Off Contracts with the Framework Contractor for Services available under the arrangement.
