Udbuddet vedrører modernisering af Odense Stadion. Udbuddet er delt op i to delaftaler. Delaftale 1 vedrører totalrådgiveren og delaftale 2 vedrører hovedentreprenøren. Moderniseringen udbydes i samarbejdsformen Integreret Byggeri. Totalrådgiveren og hovedentreprenøren skal indgå i et integreret samarbejde og forpligter sig til samarbejdet i en fælles samarbejdsaftale med Odense Kommune. Denne delaftale vedrører totalrådgiveren.
