Bærum kommune, heretter kalt oppdragsgiver, innbyr til åpen anbudskonkurranse i forbindelse med inngåelse av kontrakt (rammeavtale) for kjøp av drift, vedlikehold og etablering av veilys i Bærum kommune.Formålet ved anskaffelsen er å dekke kommunens løpende behov for drift og vedlikehold av utendørsbelysning, primært veilys og lys ved andre kommunale anlegg. Avtalen vil kunne brukes av ulike avdelinger i kommunen.Oppstart på avtalen vil bli så tidlig som mulig etter signering, etter avtale mellom partene.
