Description
De Opdracht is resultaatgericht en wordt uitgevoerd op basis van prestatie-eisen en inspanningseisen zoals onder andere gegeven in de overeenkomst en de door Opdrachtnemer ingediende beantwoording op kwalitatieve criteria. De Opdrachtnemer is verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van het preventief en correctief onderhoud van E&W installaties binnen de gestelde prestaties. Het uitvoeren van vervanging c.q. levensduur verlengend onderhoud wordt uitgevoerd op basis van het door opdrachtgever goedgekeurd Meerjaren Onderhoudsplan (hierna te noemen MJOP) en mits marktconform.
