Leistungsumfang Metallbau- und Schlosserarbeiten: - Absturzsicherungen / Geländer / Treppengeländer / Handläufe: Herstellung von Innen- und Außengeländern sowie von Absturzsicherungen mit und ohne Handlauf und Montage der Handläufe; - Fassadenbeschriftung: Herstellung und Montage eines Schriftzuges auf der Natursteinfassade; - Einhausung der Luftwärmepumpe: Für die Luftwärmepumpe auf der Dachterrasse muss eine Einhausung aus Stahl konstruiert werden, die anschließend mit Aluminiumlamellen verkleidet wird; - Herstellung einer Rampe: Um einen barrierefreien Zugang zur Dachterrasse zu gewährleisten, ist eine Rampe aus Stahlblech mit Podest und Handlauf herzustellen.
