Description
Voor de gebiedsontwikkeling Groot Merwede in Nieuwegein zijn wij voornemens een raamovereenkomst te sluiten met één opdrachtnemer voor de integrale planvorming en advisering. Het gaat hierbij onder andere om stedenbouwkundige en landschappelijke advisering, ontwerp- en inpassingsstudies, planologisch-juridische advisering en civieltechnische advisering. Mogelijke opdrachten zijn zoal: het opstellen van een gebiedsgericht omgevingsprogramma, een OER, landschappelijk en stedenbouwkundig integraal ontwerp en uitwerken van een mobiliteitsconcept. Maximale waarde raamovereenkomst: €2.500.000 exclusief btw.
