Description

Die Ausschreibung umfasst die Vergabe einer technischen Plattform und der zugeordneten Reagenzien- und Materialressourcen zur Durchführung von quantitativen und qualitativen Real-Time-PCRs zum Nachweis von insbesondere viralen Erregern in humanen klinischen Proben. Dabei spielen insbesondere Vollblutproben und Urin, aber auch diverse andere Untersuchungsmaterialien wie Liquor cerebrospinalis oder Abstriche von Bläschen, Auge oder aus dem Respirationstrakt eine Rolle.
