Description
Dauerstrichlaserheizsystem zur schnellen thermischen Probenbehandlung direkt nach Ionenimplantation; inkl. System zur Probenmanipulation/Positionierung. Das System wird zur Durchführung von Forschungsarbeiten im Bereich Oberflächenphysik/Materialwissen-schaften eingesetzt. Das zu beschaffende System dient der schnellen und präzisen thermischen Behandlung von Proben vor und nach Ionenimplantation im Ultrahochvakuum (UHV). Ziel ist es, reproduzierbare thermische Prozesse zur Modifikation von Materialeigenschaften zu ermöglichen und damit grundlegende Forschungsarbeiten im Be-reich der Festkörperphysik und Materialwissenschaften zu unterstützen.
