1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie Inwestycji pn. Rozbudowa, modernizacja i doposażenie Powiatowego Centrum Zdrowia Psychicznego w SPZOZ w Parczewie w formule zaprojektuj i wybuduj. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje w szczególności: 1) zaprojektowanie robót, w tym uzyskanie wszelkich uzgodnień, warunków i decyzji koniecznych do wykonania Inwestycji zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami; 2) wykonanie robót budowlanych i dostaw, na podstawie wykonanej dokumentacji projektowej; 3) uzyskanie i przekazanie Zamawiającemu wszelkich uzgodnień, warunków i decyzji koniecznych do przekazania Inwestycji do użytkowania zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami.
