Lieferung gemäß TN_Teilnahmebedingungen Es liegen dokumentierte, sachlich gerechtfertigte Gründe gemäß § 15 VSVgV vor, weshalb von einer produktneutralen Leistungsbeschreibung im Rahmen des Auftragsbestimmungsrechts abgewichen werden kann. Diese sind objektiv nachvollziehbar, auftragsbezogen und nicht willkürlich gewählt. Zudem erfolgt keine willkürliche Diskriminierung anderer Wirtschaftsteilnehmer. Es werden lediglich Drohnen (verschiedene Modelle) des Herstellers DJI beschafft.
