Monobloc wielen voor de VIRM ICM en DDZ series

Description

NS intends to award a contract for the continued supply of monoblock wheels for its VIRM, DDZ and ICM rolling stock through a negotiated procedure without prior publication. The contract concerns additional supplies of monoblock wheels of the same make and specification as those supplied under the original contract. The award is based on Article 3.37 of the Dutch Public Procurement Act (Aanbestedingswet), as replacing the current supplier would introduce unacceptable technical risks affecting the performance, reliability, and maintainability of the rolling stock.
