Description
Trainerpool FBA Gegenstand der Vergabe ist eine Trainertätigkeit für die Führungsakademie der BA in Lauf/Pegnitz für die Zielgruppe "Obere Führungskräfte" sowie "Führungskräfte der Führungsebene I" mit Geschäftsführungsverantwortung der BA. Schwerpunktmäßig bezieht sich die Trainertätigkeit auf Aufgaben der Konzeption, Organisation und Moderation sowie der Durchführung von Trainings in Präsenz oder in virtueller Form. Zum Einsatz kommt dabei jeweils ein Trainer. Zeitlicher Umfang und Leistungszeitraum. Vorgesehen ist eine Trainertätigkeit von durchschnittlich ca. 1,0 bis 1,5 Tagen pro Monat, wobei ein Ausgleich zwischen Monaten mit größerem Arbeitsanfall und Monaten mit schwächerem Arbeitsanfall vom Auftraggeber (AG) vorgenommen werden kann. Die Trainertätigkeit muss in den Jahren 2027/2028 erfolgen. Nähere Informationen entnehmen Sie bitte aus der Leistungsbeschreibung.
