Themengebiete; IT-Projektleitung Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung von IT-Projekten über alle Projektphasen hinweg - von der initialen Konzeptions- und Planungsphase über die Umsetzung bis zum erfolgreichen Projektabschluss. Dies umfasst die Definition von Projektzielen, Meilensteinen und Abhängigkeiten sowie die laufende Kontrolle von Terminen, Kosten und Qualität. Reporting Erstellung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Projektstatusberichten sowie regelmäßiges KPI-Tracking zur transparenten Darstellung des Projektfortschritts. Aufbereitung von Management-Reports zur Entscheidungsunterstützung für Projektleitung und Management, inkl. regelmäßiger Status-Updates, Abweichungsanalysen und Handlungsempfehlungen.
