Description
An verschiedenen Standorten städtischer Liegenschaften in Gelsenkirchen, vorrangig KiTa's, Schulen, Sport- und Bildungszentren, müssen durch den Auftragnehmer (AN) vor Beginn von Umbau,- Instandsetzungs- und Sanierungsarbeiten Schadstoffuntersuchungen an der Originalsubstanz durchgeführt werden sowie bei eventuell daraus resultierenden Schadstoffsanierungen eine Fachbauleitung und Raumluftmessungen erfolgen. Die ausgeschriebenen Leistungen werden hierbei in drei Lose auf die fünf Stadtbezirke aufteilt und losweise vergeben. Die Aufteilung der fünf Stadtbezirke gliedert sich wie folgt: Los 1 = Mitte, Los 2 = Nord, Los 3 = West+Ost+Süd.
