Description

Formålet med anskaffelsen er å inngå rammeavtale med én leverandør for juridiske tjenester. Selv om Norske tog har en egen innkjøps- og juridisk avdeling med juridisk kompetanse, oppstår det jevnlig behov for ekstern juridisk bistand. Dette gjelder særlig saker som krever spesialistkompetanse, i perioder med behov for økt kapasitet, eller problemstillinger som faller utenfor avdelingens kjernekompetanse. Ekstern juridisk rådgivning bidrar dermed til å sikre tilstrekkelig kapasitet og tilgang til relevant fagkompetanse i komplekse og ressurskrevende saker.
