Description
Im Rahmen des Förderprogramms "Modellprojekte Smart Cities" wird die bestehende Kommunal-App "Ha-Py-Landkreis App" des Landkreises Hameln-Pyrmont weiterentwickelt. Gesucht wird ein Dienstleister für die Pflege und funktionale Weiterentwicklung der App, des zugehörigen Backends (Headless CMS, REST-/GraphQL-APIs) sowie für die Umsetzung der App-Ausspielung auf digitalen Stelen. Die App wird unter Open-Source-Lizenz (EUPL) veröffentlicht, die bestehende Funktionalität ist dokumentiert. Ziel ist es, die digitale Teilhabe und kommunale Serviceangebote nutzerfreundlich auszubauen.
