Vantaan Energia Sähköverkot Oy (VES) pyytää tarjousta sähköjakelun käytön-valvontajärjestelmän (SCADA) uusimisesta. VES:n nykyinen Netcon3000 järjestelmä on hankittu 2002 sekä päivitetty viimeksi 2018. Tarjouspyynnön laajuus kattaa kaikki Netcon3000 järjestelmään liitetyt toiminnot, jotka tulee liittää uuteen järjestelmään. Vanhaa Netcon3000 r8 järjestelmää käytetään rinnalla niin pitkään, kunnes uusi järjestelmä on testattu ja sen toiminnasta on saatu riittävä varmuus.
